The Greenroom.gr Web site is owned and operated by Danae Stylianou (danae@greenroom.gr). The use and access to the Greenroom is allowed only under the following Terms and Conditions. By using the Greenroom you automatically agree to and are bound by such Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to such Terms and Conditions, you are kindly requested not to use the Greenroom.

Access to the Web site.

Users have access to information, photographs and data (“data”) of the registered members/actors (“actors”) only for the purposes of possible employment for cinematographic or television productions, advertising spots and theatrical plays. Any communication between actor and interested party (producer, director, casting officer et. al.) for these purposes shall take place only through the Greenroom “Communication” Web site and provided the relevant agreement between the interested party and the Greenroom is signed.

Notwithstanding the above, it is not permitted to further process, reproduce, republish, distribute, dispose of and in any way supply the Actors’ data, as published in the Greenroom without the previous written consent of the Greenroom.

Intellectual Property Rights and Trade Marks

All contents of the Greenroom such as trade marks, photographs et al. are protected by the laws relating to intellectual property rights. It is not permitted to further process, reproduce, republish, distribute, dispose of and/or otherwise without the previous written consent of the Greenroom.

Waiver.

The actors enter their data on the Greenroom provided they accept and sign the separate terms and conditions of the Greenroom.

The Greenroom does not have the ability to know and/or ascertain that the data entered by the actors are accurate and correct and therefore does not bear any liability for damages possibly caused due to inaccurate data. The Greenroom retains the right to remove without previous notice the profiles of actors which, at its absolute judgment, contain inaccurate data.

The access and use of the Greenroom takes place at the users’ risk.

Greenroom, its officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Web site and your use thereof. Greenroom makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of this site’s content or the content of any sites linked to this site and assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our Web site, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Web site, (iv) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our Web site by any third party, and/or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Greenroom Web site.

Any mention of third party products or services, whether advertised, offered or otherwise, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement and/or a recommendation and/or a warranty or guarantee. Greenroom assumes no responsibility with regard to the performance or use of third party products and services. Greenroom strongly suggests contacting such third parties for more information and to confirm information contained here.
 
Greenroom retains the right, inter alia, to terminate the access of any user if at its absolute judgment such user does not strictly abide by the Terms and Conditions.

The Greenroom contains links with other web sites. The Greenroom does not assume any responsibility for the data protection data policy or content of such web sites.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Greenroom its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from your use of the Web site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Greenroom its owners, operators, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Greenroom Website; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions; or (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and Conditions and your use of the Greenroom Web site.

General

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between you and Greenroom that arises in whole or in part from the Greenroom Web site shall be decided exclusively by the courts of Cyprus. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Notice of Amendments

The Greenroom retains the right to impose an access charge to the users without any notice to any party.

The present Terms and Conditions may at any time be amended without previous notice. The continuation of the use of the Greenroom presupposes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as same may be amended from time to time.
